• Digital assets
• Perks or content tied to donations

2. Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered)

Refunds may only be considered in the following specific cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Payment processed but content not delivered
• Major technical issues where purchase was not usable

All such refund requests are subject to approval by the founding members of Code Haven Studios. We do not guarantee approval in any case.

3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It may take up to 30 days or longer for the amount to be credited back, depending on payment gateway/bank timelines.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

4. Donations

Donations made to support Code Haven Studios are voluntary and non-refundable. We do not guarantee any in-game perks or rewards in exchange for donations, and we reserve the right to remove or change such perks at any time.

5. No Refund for Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue games and features
• Increase or decrease prices
• Change in-game content or remove items

No refunds will be issued due to such changes.
